These terms cover your use of this site and the products and services offered by SCS AI LLC ("SCS AI," "we," "us"). By using the site, signing up, or buying from us, you agree to them.

What we offer

Most of what's here is free: our AI playbooks, quick wins, the 7-Day Challenge, the Prompt Forge, and the weekly Operator Brief. We offer one paid digital product — Build Your AI OS ($39) — and separate done-for-you website build and hosting services. Details and pricing are shown at the point of sale.

Free content & email

To get the free library or the Operator Brief, you give us your name and email. We send you what you asked for plus occasional operator emails, and you can unsubscribe anytime from any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. The free content is provided as-is for your own use.

Paid digital products

Build Your AI OS is delivered electronically (a private repository, the handbook, and updates) and is yours to keep. Because it's delivered instantly, sales are generally final — but if it didn't deliver, or wasn't as described, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Build & hosting services

Build and hosting engagements are governed by the specific scope and agreement we set with you on your call. Any pricing ranges shown here are estimates; your exact quote depends on scope.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site or resell our products as your own. Our free playbooks are licensed for your own business use, not for redistribution or resale. We may suspend access for abuse.

No guarantees

We share what works and build it well, but we don't guarantee specific business results or income — outcomes depend on your market, your offer, and your execution. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SCS AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the free content, or the products. Our total liability for any paid product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where SCS AI LLC is formed, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above shows when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
