These terms cover your use of this site and the products and services offered by SCS AI LLC ("SCS AI"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.
SCS AI sells digital products (such as The 24/7 Storefront Playbook), a subscription (the Operator Brief), and done-for-you website build and hosting services. Details and pricing are shown at the point of sale.
Digital products are delivered electronically and are yours to keep. Because they're delivered instantly, sales are generally final — but if something's wrong or you didn't get what you paid for, email us and we'll make it right.
The Operator Brief is a subscription. Any free trial and the renewal price are shown at checkout. After the trial it renews at $9/month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and you won't be charged for the next period; access continues through the period you've paid for.
Build and hosting engagements are governed by the specific scope and agreement we set with you on your call. Pricing ranges shown here are estimates; your exact quote depends on scope.
Don't misuse the site or resell our products as your own. We may suspend access for abuse or non-payment.
We share what works and build it well, but we don't guarantee specific business results — outcomes depend on your market, your offer, and your execution.
