SCS AI LLC ("SCS AI," "we," "us") builds and hosts AI-powered websites for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site and our services, and what we do with it. We keep it plain.

What we collect

When you fill out a form, book a call, or buy from us, we collect the information you give us — your name, business name, email, phone number, and details about your business and goals. When you buy, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To respond to you, schedule and prepare for your call, deliver what you bought, provide support, and send you the updates you signed up for (such as the Operator Brief). We use it to run our business with you — not to sell to anyone else.

Payments

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe under their terms and privacy policy. Subscriptions (like the Operator Brief) bill on the schedule shown at checkout and can be cancelled anytime from your Stripe receipt or by contacting us.

Email & SMS

If you opt in, we may email or text you about your inquiry, your purchase, or content you subscribed to. You can opt out of marketing messages anytime — reply STOP to texts or use the unsubscribe link in emails. Transactional messages (receipts, appointment confirmations) may still be sent.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us operate — for example Stripe (payments), our scheduling tool, and email/SMS providers — and only as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email us and we'll take care of it.
