Each vertical gets a tier profile that configures the operator for that industry's workflows, compliance requirements, and integrations. The Storefront operator knows how to sync Vagaro. The Auto Dealer operator knows TILA Reg Z and the FTC Used Car Rule. The Business Operator handles formation, tradeline reporting, and funding posture. The S&M Operator runs your agency on your own white-labeled platform. Same Vertical AI Operator underneath; vertical intelligence on top.

The tradeline moat

On the Business Operator tier, scs.ai reports business-credit tradelines directly to D&B, Experian, and SBFE as part of the platform. No per-tradeline surcharge. No third-party middleman. Horizontal AI players won't build that — they can't become a furnisher. Legacy business-credit incumbents won't build it — they sell data, not workflow. That's the gap scs.ai is built into.

Compliance packs

Forty compliance packs across the platform — CA AB-2456 for cosmetology, TILA Reg Z for auto F&I, HIPAA for med spa, NIL minor-consent across 43 states, NAR settlement disclosures for real estate, FTC funeral rule for funeral homes. Every pack runs as policy, not as a checkbox. The operator can't fire an action that would violate the pack.
